HAPPY HALLOWEEN!

Well, the Halloween Party was a complete success! We had neighbors, co-workers, old friends and new friends and LOTS of kids! We saw a wide range of costumes and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. Here are a few of the photos from the party - if you were there - send me more!

Wishing you a Happy Halloween!

Another Fall Festival

On Saturday, we hopped into the car and headed to Greencaslte, IN for SandBlast - a sports ministry event where Joe and I partnered with Sandlot Ministries. Joe was in charge of running a 3-on-3 Tournament for youth and I was in charge of entertaining the kids! There were all kinds of events going on - a pumpkin painting booth, a face painting booth and lots of inflatables to jump and play on. There was also a great park and jungle gym to enjoy! The tournament was a big success and the kids enjoyed playing outside all day!

FALL FESTIVAL - October is here!

Today we took a family trip to Waterman's Farm. It's just a 30 minute drive to the "Pumpkin Patch" and Joey could NOT WAIT to get there!

We rode on a hayride out to the patch and picked 2 perfect pumpkins. We looked at horses and Joey climbed a hay stack. There were all kinds of fun "farmy" things to do!

And to top it all off - we went to Steak N Shake for dinner! Joey was VERY happy about that too!

Although it's October, it was 85 degrees here today! So we dressed in our summer clothes and headed to the Fall Festival - it is sure to be an annual tradition from now on!

Joey 2.5 years, Morgan 9 months!

Wow how time has flown! We just had the combo doctor's appointment and got the stats on Joey at 2.5 years (37 lbs, 37 inches tall! Morgan at 9 months is 29.5 inches and 21 lbs.

Joey has become quite a ham - singing, performing, sometimes yelling (in the grocery store yesterday day he shouted over and over :Tomatoes where are you?" until we found them.)

Morgan is gabbing, babbling and recognizes and looks towards all the family. She even says Mama now! She is also quite more mobile than what we prefer. She stands up, sits down, wanders around a room - as long as she has something to hold onto! I wouldn't doubt she'll be walking by the next month or two.

We are very excited for fall to arrive - we have a Halloween Party on the 27th that we host annually and I have already got the costume ideas ready to go! If you in town - please come!

Enjoy the begining of Fall!
