We hiked on Hemlock Trail at Laurel Hill State Park

There was a perfect "turn around" point on the trail with a bench made of fallen wood - perfect place to try for a family photo too - not bad, eh?

We need to find places like this in Indiana - the kids had SO MUCH FUN!  And thank goodness for the Ergo (a baby backpack, of sorts) so Jack Jack enjoyed the hike too!

IDLE WILD!!!

Only about 30 minutes away from our "acation" house was Idle Wild Park and Soak Zone. Our cousin Kate got us free tickets to enable us to spend 2 full days of our vacation there - it was SO MUCH FUN!

We  had a wonderful time in Hidden Valley Resort in Somerset, PA.  The kids LOVE playing with with cousins and we even had a few guests join the fun!

Jackson is 8 months old!

While on vacation, our sweet baby boy turned 8 months old and got his first tooth!
He's also started to clap - which he finds quite entertaining!
