An Overview in Photos - JUNE

Our first camping trip of the season ended up being in a cabin. We reserved a spot at McCormick's Creek to tent camp, but it was calling for rain all weekend. Luckily, they had 1 cabin available - and thank Goodness because it poured! Here are some photos of our quaint cabin:

We hiked on their many trails.

Get it...Joey is 9

Morgan is 7

Jameson is 5

This is right before Morgan, Joey and I went into Wolf Cave....it was terrifying!

Jack is 3

We sat in on a "Bat" lesson at the Nature Center....Joey was pretending to be a bat - gold star for participation!

It was a great first camping trip of the season!  So glad we got that cabin!

Marybeth had a surprise 40th birthday party where her husband flew her friends in from all over the country to celebrate (her 40th is actually on Christmas Day!)

We went to a graduation party of a daughter of our dear friends Laura and Craig's daughter Riley.
Who'd a thought there would be farm/construction equipment that would provide so much fun!

Don't he just look like a ball player?  He isn't even in baseball yet...

Another trip to the Urgent Care....JJ got knocked into the pool at Bubba and Mo's and slammed his head on the side of the pool....3 staples later...he's on the mend...

Butler "Little Dribblers" basketball day camp - JJ was in heaven!

Some summer fun with the family....

I ran in the Indianapolis Mini Marathon. 13.1 miles - ran the whole way. Thankfully, Aunt Donna and I could ride down together and we could leave our stuff at Will's house. Great day!

Mother's Tea in both Jackson and Jameson's ECC classrooms

We always start planting our garden on Mother's Day weekend.

This is a must remember from our garage on cold, rainy spring days - hockey in the garage....good news...the camper is now gone!

Joey and his class performed Shakespeare's "Julius Cesar".  Joey was Brutus.

We enjoyed our day at Aunt Cat and Uncle Jerry's - they live on Morse Reservoir

Sadly, we stayed about 30 minutes too long and Jameson fell on the concrete driveway, while playing basketball, which led to a trip to the Urgent Care for his chinned to be super glued shut (thank God no stitches!)
