but here's September and October happenings)
Soccer Champions!
Happy Halloween!
We hosted the entire 8th grade class at the Oaks for a Halloween Costume Party - DJ Locke (Jeremiah Robinson, one of Joey's best friends and classmates) entertained our Dance Party on this wet and rainy night!
We ALSO hosted a Halloween Party for 2nd, 4th and 6th grade classmates another night - let's just say, we were exhausted.
Joe was very motivated to have the desk complete by the time we hosted our two nights of Halloween parties.
Joey led worship at the Middle School during Fall Saturday School
Jackson performed the Joseph Play during Saturday School
Joe's quartet Seventh Degree competed at the Cardinal District Convention - they placed 2nd!
Happy Columbus Day! (Bammy always makes us a cake to celebrate!)
XC season ended with the Championship! Oaks Boys XC won 1st place!
We headed to Philadelphia for the weekend and got to see our nephew MJ compete with Villanova Football
We stayed with the Youtzy's, which was about an hour drive to the stadium
We hit the pumpkin patch during Fall Break
Joey did a Shadow Day at Cathedral High School and got this T-shirt as a gift.
While on Fall Break, Luci Wise stayed with us for a few nights and the kids enjoyed all kinds of crafts, especially making slime!
We also went to IKEA
We had a Team Retreat - we spent the night in the gym, went to the high school football game together (it rained!!), and then went to laser tag and played arcade games at the downtown mall together
Once the deck was complete, then Joe wanted to add a concrete step out of the garage
